Tanehisi Coates is an American author and journalist. He was born September 30, 1975 and gained a wide readership during his time as a correspondent for the Atlantic. He is the author of " A Beautiful Struggle", "Between The World And Me", " We Were Eight Years In Power", and also lately,a novel published in 2019, " The Water Dancer"
